These Terms of Service apply to the use of the mobile application "Say It!" (hereinafter "App"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms.
Say It! is a question game for social interactions. The App offers various question categories (Deep Talk, Date Night, 36 Questions, Friends, Family, Fun) to facilitate conversations. The App works completely offline and does not collect user data.
You receive a simple, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App on your personal devices. The App may not be: - Used for commercial purposes without permission - Reverse-engineered, decompiled, or disassembled - Distributed in modified form - Used to create competing products
Since the App works completely offline, no internet connection is required. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the app stores through which the App is distributed.
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant: - The completeness or accuracy of questions - Fitness for a particular purpose - Error-free operation We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, unless such damages are based on intent or gross negligence.
The App is intended for users aged 12 and above. Some questions may be unsuitable for younger users. Parents should supervise use by minors.
All questions and content contained in the App are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or public display requires our written consent.
We reserve the right to change the App and these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
You may terminate use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. In case of violation of these terms, we reserve the right to block your access to the App.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, where legally permissible.
